As a result of this mediterranean routine, I was able to:
Cut down on my intense workout
I only workout when I want to, and actually have a lot more energy
Eat my favorite foods
Stop stressing
And feel GREAT about how I look
Love getting compliments from people who know about me ❤️!
Improve my love life with my husband Mark 😉
The main takeaway from this mediterranean routine is that it showed me that gaining had absolutely nothing to do with:
- How much we eat, starve or deprive ourselves of our favorite foods...
- How much exercise we do...
- Or how much sugar or carbohydrates we actually eat...
Nothing at all! I couldn't believe it.
The routine is very simple, and it's the real reason why so many of us have struggled to keep the pounds off over the years.
